Hello everyone. In October of 2019 I had the great honor to train at Gracie Morumbi Brazilian jiu-jitsu Academy, Sau Paulo, Brazil.


There I had the great opportunity to meet in person and train with Lindolfo Neto, a long-time social media friend and fellow kettlebell sport competitor.


Lindolfo Neto is the strength & conditioning coach for Morumbi BJJ academy, he is a purple belt in BJJ, black belt in Muay Thai, Pro Muay Thai instructor, Bachelors in sports science and was born in the world of martial arts!


In this podcast we talk about kettlebell strength & conditioning for the world of combat sports. Training periodization for martial arts and strength training for both pro and recreational practitioners. What days should one train strength & conditioning and what days should one train martial arts, so that the athlete can get the maximal benefits training for performance. The use of the kettlebell method for MMA and grip conditioning for grappling. Also, how to use the kettlebell sports approach to gain stamina and strength endurance. So that one can last longer on the mat during a rounds and in training days.
