Can we practice or train our beach volleyball skills efficiently during the off season or maybe during a period when we are injured somehow? Rainy and cold November weather in northern Sweden inspired me to think of some ways to build relevant skills even if the courts are unplayable and you happen to be the only one in town wanting to improve your skills!
