I get a lot of questions regarding weight cutting. There a lot of ways to do it, and even more ways not to. I figure the more info I can put out about how I do my weight cuts the better. Ive never had issues with making weight in my pro career. I think I have a pretty good system. This video is a long cut, of my weight cut workout. I wanted to do a longer cut so you could see the volume and pace of the work out. I do this the night before weigh ins to drop as much weight as possible before I go to sleep. Depending on how much I lose, I will eat more or less food. I try to go to sleep no more than 5 pounds over and no less than 2 pounds over.
