World leaders gather in Buenos Aires between November 30 and December 1 for the 13th G20 Summit set to take place in the Argentinian capital.
The Group of 20 Summit sees governments and representatives of the world’s 19 major economies as well as top representatives of the European Union meet and discuss strategies for fiscal policy and international financial stability.
The 2018 G20 Buenos Aires summit will be the first-ever G20 summit to be hosted in South America. Heavy security measures are due to be implemented during the event, including the deployment of an additional 25,000 security personnel.
Among the major topics set to be discussed at the 2018 Summit are the future of work, infrastructure for development and sustainable food future.
