As triathletes, we are often searching elusive spare time to squeeze our training into our busy daily schedules, but no matter how hard we try, sometimes a round peg just simply won’t fit into a square hole.

This is where commuting can come in. With the right plan of attack, it can be a great way to get those easy base kilometres in, or indeed a clever alternative for getting some sneaky intervals in during your working week.
