Baseball Exercises for Velocity and Arm Strength (How to use your bands!)
Band exercises have become a staple at baseball fields and practice facilities across the country but if you’re going to use them you might as well use them properly. Exercises must be specific to get the specific demands that we need to increase velocity and arm strength. Flinging around a band and hoping it helps won’t do it. Chances are you’ve never heard this before unless you have come in and worked with us. I see entire programs dedicated around bands and yet there is no specificity whatsoever. Utilize these baseball exercises at the field or anywhere to increase your stability and strength. Always train with a purpose.
