If you want to get in to triathlon but you're not sure how then I've put together a 12 week sprint triathlon training plan that will see you get to your first triathlon not only prepared but ready and excited (hopefully!) to put all of that training in to practice.
As with all of my training plans, these are generic plans aimed at helping as many of you as possible. They're not tailored to suit individuals and they are aimed at people who do have at least a base level of fitness (if you need more help then check out my beginner to 5k training plan).
